emily & eric

I'm photographing Emily & Eric's wedding next year in September and I can't wait! :) Since Emily booked me we've been emailing each other almost daily. She's SO sweet! :) She'd been wanting the fall look for their engagement photos and we lucked out with some great colors! It was a little chilly but I had a TON of fun!

I know Emily is just dying to see these. I've been a little under the weather so I've been a little behind on blogging! So here they are Emily! :) Hope you love them!

taylor & george

Taylor & George were guests at Chris & Laura's wedding, which I photographed back in June. Taylor asked if I could do some photos of her & George then a few with their dogs, which she also referred to as her kids! It's nice to meet other people who are attached to their dogs as much as Dan and I. :) We had a really great time while photographing their little family. :)

Sarah & Dennis

Before we made our way back to Ohio after Lindsay & Stephanie's wedding, we drove to Springfield to see one of my best friends, Sarah. We instantly became friends when she moved from Ohio to start working at a photography studio here in Indy I worked at a year or so after I graduated high school. She's got a new boy, Dennis, and they wanted some photos together so we did a few during our visit. I've never had more fun on a photo shoot. I couldn't even take pictures half of the time because I was laughing so much. Sarah is one of the funniest people I know and Dennis totally compliments her. They were both cracking me up the entire time. :)

I was so glad I got the chance to meet Dennis and visit with them both. I miss Sarah soo so so so much! Life isn't the same when I don't get to see and talk to her every day! :(

Sarah - Mommy, Daddy here. "And we're smiiiiiiling!"

P.S. This is Sarah's dog, Elenor (aka Mrs. Beagles). She is the cutest/fattest/best beagle on the planet. :)

stephanie & lindsay

When I moved to Ohio for photography school, Lindsay was one of my first friends. We've stayed in touch even though I'm back in Indiana and we're still a little over a hundred miles away. I was absolutely thrilled when her and Stephanie asked me to capture their special day in Ohio. We rarely get to see each other so being such a big part of their wedding was so wonderful. We were among a handful of their closest friends and family. It was an absolutely perfect ceremony with a great dinner after at the cutest bed & breakfast (which we stayed at)! We enjoyed every minute of it and wish them (& Will!) all the best!

Love you guys! :)

joseph & christian

I looove love love photographing kids! I met up with Christian, Joesph, his mom and Grandma at Eagle Creek for a little photo shoot last week. Christian (younger of the two) was such a ham and absolutely loved getting his pictures taken. Joseph on the other hand was telling me "bye bye!" the second he saw my camera. :)

email is down

For anyone who has tried to email me today I'm about 99.9% sure I didn't get it. My email has been down off and on for the past 8 days now and my website provider seemes to be ignoring my requests for support! So if anyone needs to contact me, please email me here.

Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon but I don't have my hopes up at this point!

katie & jeff

I've said this before when I posted their engagement photos but I was so honored Katie & Jeff picked me to photograph their wedding. Katie & I have been friends forever! Before Katie was even engaged she always told me she was going to have me photograph her wedding. I'm SO glad things worked out and I got to be a part of their day!

A few favorites..

jessica & chris

I am so grateful that Chris & Jessica picked us to photograph their wedding. It's been one of our weddings I've really been looking forward to! Since Jessica booked me, I've been reading her blog where she's been documenting the planning process of their big day. It was SO neat to see all of her plans come together.

A HUGE thank you goes out to Stephanie, their wedding coordinator. Stephanie is an up & coming day of coordinator out of St. Louis. If ANYONE out there is looking for someone to help organize their wedding day, get in touch with her! She did an amazing job and played a huge part in making sure their day was absolutely perfect! I wish she was at every wedding we photographed!

So on with the show! Just to forewarn everyone, this post is longer than usual. I had too many favorites and I honestly couldn't cut them down .. so I thought I'd go a little crazy!

I could have photographed her shoes all day! :)

The photo in the locket is of Jessica's father, who just recently passed away. It was an emotional day for everyone but I know he was there watching over her!

Jessica & Chris decided to see each other before the wedding (which I LOVE!). These are two of my favorites from their first look.

Jessica & Chris - Thank you again SO much for allowing Dan and I to be such a big part of your day. We are so thankful for your friendship. We'll be calling you every time we make our way to Cincinnati (IKEA!!). Congrats!!

jessica & chris (sneak peek!)

I've been so incredibly busy this week editing photos and running countless amounts of errands (all while trying to train Penny!) that I'm a little behind on blogging. I wanted to post a little sneak peek from Chris & Jessica's wedding last weekend. A massive blog post will follow (hopefully within a day or so) because I've got SO many favorites from their day. It's going to be too hard to choose! So to hold Jessica over (because I'm sure she's checking nonstop!!) .. here's one of my favorites!
